but usually lack the structures of support they need to get the job done.

We form an alliance that focuses on your getting what you want. We close
the gap between you and your potential together. You don’t have to do it

How
1-on-1 Coaching Works
We talk on the phone 2 - 4 times each month. Each call lasts up to 45
minutes and follows a three-step process:
1.
Explore: I ask you a lot of questions,
challenge your current thinking, and share my advise, experience and
knowledge. We review your assignments from our last meeting
2. Strategize: Based on what we
discover, we formulate an individualized plan for your improvement and
create your “homework” for the time before our next call.
3.
Commit: You commit to your homework and
we confirm a time for the next call. We may also communicate via e-mail
or fax between calls.
Although one or two
conversations can help you move through an immediate challenge you must
commit to working together over a prolonged period of time. My
approach is about learning, not quick fixes, so I request that you make a
minimum three-month commitment that includes email support between calls.
