My name is Joe Weaver and I know how hard it is to keep an exercise program going. I have over 40 years experience falling off the wagon and becoming a workout drop-out. And it doesn’t get easier as you get older.

After years of struggle I discovered a system that completely changed my workout experience and let me get ripped for the first time in my life (see the video above).

I began using three simple, but effective, techniques and instead of exercise being a boring chore, it became fun and refreshing. Something I looked forward to each day. In other words, exercise finally became sustainable.
